You will have received an email with a link especially for you. If this has gone missing, let one of us know so we can re-send it to you.

What is the dress code?

Cocktail attire - come feeling your best! 

 

Can I bring a plus one?

No, sorry! We would love to accommodate everyone you love, too, but due to venue capacities we can only accommodate the guests listed on the invitations we sent out.

 

Are children welcome?
Again, because of capacity we can only accommodate those named on the invitations. While this won't be a child-free wedding, we regret we aren't able to include everyone's little ones.

 

What if I need to change my RSVP?
If your plans change, please let one of us know as soon as possible so we can adjust our plans accordingly.

Will you cater for my diet?
All dietary requirements can be catered for. Please let us know any dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can make arrangements.

Will there be an open bar?
While there will be welcome drinks, we sadly won't have an open bar all night. There will be a selection of drinks available for purchase at the venue. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to raise a glass with you!

Is there parking available at the venue?
There is no parking available at the Trades Hall, but please see Travel & Stay for info about nearby car parks.

Are there any recommended hotels nearby?
Yes, and we have also pre-booked some rooms to keep costs lower for guests. See Travel & Stay.

Will transportation be provided between the ceremony and reception?
If you're attending the ceremony, you can expect a 20-minute (downhill) walk between venues. We are not arranging transport but the city is well served by public transport and taxis should you want to save your feet.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We’d love for you to be present in the moment, so we ask that guests refrain from taking photos inside the church. Our photographer will capture everything.
